Shipping & Production

Handmade for your shelf

All VHS LED lights are handmade to order. Please allow up to one week for production and shipment. Carrier delivery time is additional. For a commissioned movie, we agree on the details and timing during your free consultation before payment.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories or military addresses.

Shipping capped at $10

U.S. shipping never exceeds $10 per order, before any applicable sales tax. If the calculated shipping charge is lower, you pay the lower amount. Your shipping charge and final total are shown before payment.

Multiple lights ship together in one appropriately sized box. We cover any difference if actual postage exceeds the shipping amount you paid; we will not charge extra shipping after checkout.

Delivery and tracking

USPS Ground Advantage is our preferred service. Any available checkout options show the service and shipping charge before you pay. Carrier delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin after shipment—not when you place the order.

Once your order ships, we send tracking information by email. If production is delayed, we will contact you about the timing and available options. For a delivery issue, address question or damaged item, use Contact Support and include your order number.
